Bad experience had a touchscreen radio installed for $400. Once i left noticed my steering wheel controls were not working called the office spoke to lady i explained my concern and her response was that I didnt advise her that i had steering wheel controls. I then asked her why the installer didnt advise me that this touchscreen would not work with my steering wheel controls her answer was he installs what she gives them they have nothing to do with the customer. Totally dissatisfied with the service and to think that I was going to have a suspension lift and tires installed. I think not.

I asked for a system to be installed paid over 1200 and got a system that was worth no more than 300 dollars. I asked for 120 speakers to be installed on my doors and got the 40 dollar speakers a "pair" installed if it wasn't that they had put my door panel wrong I would of never found out. One of my subs mest up said that it no longer had insurance cause I put the bass to high and they were the ones that did the installation which was also very very poorly done its like once you pay they don't longer care to keep there word and give you what you paid for.
