        Horrible Customer Service Experience. Manager Griselda & Erik lack a lot of customer focus skills. Was a simple exchange due to a mistake the cashier did. They gave me the wrong size of shoes, just needed an exchange. At this point I'm not even mad at the employee who gave d wrong shoes but at the managers that couldn't handle a simple exchange!!
