Absolutely HORRIBLE service from managers!!!!



We went there on a Thursday, with a $20 coupon to use. Our server knew we had the coupon prior to ordering. We ordered boneless wings. We were excited to try the place, and excited that the menu clearly stated ranch and celery included with all wings.



When the bill came, the manager brought it over and said we couldnt use the coupon. She also said we were going to be charged for ranch and celery as "whats stated in the menu doesnt apply on Thursdays" (as wings are 59 cents instead of regular price. WOW - wish the menu would have stated that! She was absolutely unwilling to work with us or help in any way.



We paid the bill, but then thought on our own how it would have been cheaper to pay the full price for the wings, as then we would have gotten the ranch and celery free and also been able to use our coupon. The manager hadnt even thought of that. We should not be coming up with solutions for their management! Needless to say, the manager rerung the order herself and it was for approx $20 less.



The next week I check my bank statements, and SURPRISE they never cancelled the first charge! I call the exact manager about it and she states she doesnt know what happened and will take care of it. Fast forward another month and the charge is STILL on there!



I get ahold of the district manager - he looks into it and states that he cannot refund the card!!! He stated it was too old of a charge now to look into! I informed him that should make it VERY easy for me to contest then with my credit card company. To this date (4 months later), they STILL have not refunded the almost $30 charge.... I called to contest with my credit card, and they (the bank - not Buffalo Wings and Rings) courtesy refunded the amount as they said we are a valued client and a contestment may take up to 60 days. Now THATS cutomer service times 10!



From the manager at the store and the district manager, there was no attempt to keep a customer happy. We are not looking for handouts, but we have owned customer service related businesses and know what a manager can do, etc. These people NEVER tried at all. Terrible.



Needless to say, we have gone back to Buffalo Wild Wings - and will stick with them. MUCH better customer service! MUCH better management! It is no wonder why they are a large, growing national chain and Buffalo Wings and Rings is only a small copycat. Plus, the food is better at Buffalo Wild Wings. The choice is yours, but I would stay away from this place, your wallet may thank you!!
