I went on September 12, 2014 to order a dress for my mom and they give me the turn around so many times. The dress was from a magazine Alyce. Anyhow they called 2 weeks later to tell me that the dress was going to have to be custom made but they could order another one while I waited. Long story short they ended changing locations from 10th st to downtown 6th street very ghetto without even letting me know! I had to hunt them down myself. I called and called many times asking for the dresses and they tell me one arrived but not the original one she had liked. They told me to give them another week. I gave them another week and then the main lady tells me that they didn't have $$ to pay for the UPS delivery of my dress because they have not been able to sell any dresses. I told her that was not my problem and she cut me off. I was stuck with the backup dress bc they were never going to take out the other one. Worst service instead of trying to offer me a discount for the 2 month delay and for not ever being honest with me she just complained about being without any business!!!! Never go there they make u sign a contract for no returns and you have to give them 1/2 money down!!!! I warn u do not make my mistake
