Overall

I would not recommend this hospital at all. This hospital is the most over-rated and I don't know where all the awards for best what not are coming from. Since it is a teaching hospital they would rather prioritize how the residents and medical students can learn to examine, diagnose, and traumatize (not treat) patients. I have been coming to this hospital every now and then not because of their expertise but because it's the closest facility to me. And that's where the convenience ends. It takes a long time and so much effort to schedule an appointment and they can not understand simple referrals. When you are complaining about some symptoms, it takes time and several other referrals before you get to the right doctors. After so much time spent getting to see a doctor and several specialist after that, you'll probably have a dead gallbladder from twisting, torsion, or obstruction from gallbladder stones that only started with symptoms of indigestion, stomach pain or bloating. Anyway, here's another story, my insurance company ask for my medical records, but MR declined the request twice for wrong dates. My insurance co. requested from this and so on date to the PRESENT. MR didn't even check if I had visits to the PRESENT, where in fact is I have regular scheduled visits to the present because I'm on therapy. This hospital is a disgust. I have yet to mention more stories but it's probably not going to end there. I will keep on ranting and be looking bad myself. And obviously THEY also DON'T treat the human spirit because I feel like this to them.
