The office manager needs to get a class in customer service they are the worst. When they mess up she says Im the only one you can talk to and is a rude smarty pants!

Left a review on their facebook page and they didn't like it so they deleted it and made it to where you can't leave reviews anymore. They don't want people to know how horrible their customer service is. Rebecca, the woman in the main office, is rude and hateful. It's funny she is the one in charge of the facebook account. I will pay the extra few dollars every 3 months to avoid this place. Their drivers have anger problems and Rebecca, who claims she is the only one available to speak to is even worse. Since she decided to delete my facebook review, I'm going to review this company on every other page I can find, including Angie's list. Waste management was HaPPY to have my business and treated me with the respect that I deserve.

Truck driver broke my can, threw it across the yard, and then Rebecca not only accused me of LYING but said there is nobody else I can speak to to resolve the issue. Horrible customer service. Blatant disrespect and completely unprofessional in how they handled the situation. I cancelled my service today and I will tell all my friends about this. No wonder nobody in my neighborhood will pay for their service even though it's cheaper than the alternative. Doesn't say much about their service as a whole. Overall 0 stars from me.
