Overall

Purchased camper with cash, was told I'd get discount with purchase of warranty. Not only did I not get the discount, they charged me more, called it taxes. Requested refund for warranty, kept camper, even after the internet manager said he did not care what I did, was not his sale. Warranty manager pretends she knows nothing about it, leaves message to call back, but message box is full. I would not recommend to do business with this place.

Unprofessional and dishonest

My daughter purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it has been impossible. The Operations Manager John did the paperwork wrong the first time an his staff lost the paperwork several times as well. It took over a month to complete the financing as well as a month or more for them to pay off my daughters trade in. They have refused to pay the $500.00 toward sales tax that was in writing and they will not reimburse my daughter over 700 owed to here from the the extra car parent she had to make because they didn't get it paid off in time. We still have been unable to register the car because they say that lost the title and had to get a new one. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the Arkansas State Police and the Arkansas Motor Vehicle commission in order to get them to honor the agreement on the sales tax and to be able to register the car. In addition to being dishonest they are unprofessional in all their dealings, everyone blames and points at everyone else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING

I appreciate Mayflower RV partnering with Marketplace Ministries Inc. since 2004. Not just any business would partner with a non-profit organization and expect nothing in return.

I bought a used pop up and brought it home and popped it up to show my wife. I stored the crank that you lift it with back inside and took it took Mayflower the next Friday to have the AC serviced before we went camping. They called me later that day and said the AC only cooled down to 50 and said they couldn't do anything else to it. I went and picked it up and was told since they couldn't do anything to it, there was no charge. The next Saturday I towed it 100 miles to a campground and when I went to raise it I found the handle was missing from inside that you raise the camper with. I called and they said to come back Monday and they would find it and if I bought another one where I was they would buy it from me the next week or make it good someway. I did find a crank at another dealer close to the camp ground and was able to raise it. When I did I discovered the bracket that holds my outside stove was also missing. When I went back the next Monday they said they couldn't find eithe
