I have tried several eye doctors and Dr. Long by far has been the best! His staff along with himself were all very friendly and caring! Wait time was not very long and the rest of the visit was fast, but never rushed. (Just what I needed since my daughter had an appointment that day).

Toric lenses to correct astigmatism are more challenging to fit than normal contact lenses so sometimes it does take a couple of different lenses before we get the perfect fit.

Visit itself was ok. I wanted contacts and I tried 3 different brands and none of them worked. I know they can't control that but they can control what kind they give me. I have an astigmatism in my right eye and none of them that they gave me was for that. I also wanted extended wear but they kept giving me daily wears. After trying the second set, I called to get a new set and they told me I could come by and get a new one, they gave me the exact ones I had just tried and when I asked about the set they assured me they were a different kind. I got home and they were the same ones from the same batch number and everything.
