I absolutely cannot say enough about this place. They go the extra mile every single time. They are always so incredibly upbeat and nice. I love this place and the workers too.

I have been a customer for 5 years. I used Maumelle Mailroom for all my work and personal shipping needs. Today was the last day I will use them. They did a good job for a while but they have really gone down hill the past 10 months. One employee raised there voice at me aggressively because I didn't request the correct form for UPS collect. Then they insisted that they would be unable to secure that form to the box I was shipping. Basically they wouldn't guarantee that the label would stay on the package preventing it from getting lost. I called the employee out on their bad attitude and the manager or owner didn't care that a loyal customer was upset. There was no apology and no pride in providing adequate customer service.

I highly recommend UPS on Pleasant Ridge in Little Rock they are friendly and will guarantee a secure label. Not to mention they are more affordable.

I must preface this review with the fact that the individual I dealt with in the store was very friendly and kind. The reason for this low review is the prices. I had ship a item to California. I wanted to get the best deal. So, I called around to stores like FedEx, UPS, and looked online at USPS to see who offered the best deal. UPS had the better deal when I gave the dimensions of the box and weight-- $37 WITH a new box for extra protection . That seemed reasonable to me. So, I went to the Mailroom thinking I would save time and gas, since it's in town. The gentleman was very nice, but he quoted me $65 for UPS, $70-75 for FedEx, and $40 USPS WITHOUT a new box. I told the gentleman I felt that was odd that the prices doubled for the UPS specifically. He said that he didn't know where UPS was getting this information, but there was no way he could match that price. (Let me emphasize again that he was friendly about it) So, I decided to take chances and my package to a UPS in Little Rock to see if I could get the price I had originally been quoted. I go to the UPS store on Rod. Parham, because I was running errands over there. Long story short, the price for everything was a total of $30.37. I don't know if the up charge was due to the convenience of the location to Maumelle residents, the fact its not solely UPS store, or the fact that maybe he input the information wrong?....I don't know. It just left me wondering why the prices differed so much.

If I could give them less than one star I would. The owner is a crazy woman who cursed me out because her worker gave me the wrong information regarding a delivery. Sorry but no business owner should tell any customer that she doesn't give a d**n about a package then yell f**k you to the customer. Horrible business!!
