amazing price for the square footage, but i would not let you live here! we've been waiting for months to get things fixed - the garbage disposal is broken and the sink backs up when we run the dishwasher; the sky light leaks whenever it rains; our garage door won't open. the kids run around this place throwing things at other people's condos, yelling and screaming until 11:00 at night - the office managers don't do anything about it. would be a great place with new management.....
