Hair Xperts

I tried HairXperts on advice of a neighbor. I made an appointment for a haircut to try them out.. I arrived 15 minutes early. My appointment time came and went. I asked the receptionist what the problem was. She replied my stylist was running behind. Alls fair I waited another 15 minutes. I then decided to just leave. As I got up to leave another stylist ran up to me and asked if I needed help. I said no thank you and left. I just think they need some customer service education. They could have at least offered me a cup of coffee.

I went the other day and Michelle gave me a fabulous haircut!! She's great at cutting and styling and my hair is a bear to work with!! Everyone was friendly and the atmospere was nice. I hate spending a ton of money on my hair and this works on my budget. I will definitely return and would recommend to friends.

My friend and I went togehter and had a great job done by two of the stylists.
