        Dr. Marie Swanson received her B.A. in Zoology from Drew University in 1980 and earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 1985. She has also completed a post graduate program in rehabilitation through the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and has special certification in rehabilitation through the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board. As a chiropractor practicing in the Matawan-Aberdeen area for 30 years, I have seen people suffer from a variety of health issues. Naturally, chiropractic helps traditional neck and back problems, but chiropractic also produces wonderful results for a variety of systemic problems. I am passionate about helping my patients become healthy and pain-free. But even better than that is when a person has decided to take control of their future.         Dr. Swanson and her staff are professional, friendly, courteous and super caring! Dr. Swanson has provided excellent treatment and advice to me over the past few years. When I first came to her office the pain in my lower back and hip was debilitating. I couldn't bear the pain and couldn't do everyday tasks such as lifting things or go to the gym. For the longest time I tossed and turned all night long barely getting any sleep. I couldn't sit or stand for even a short period of time. Since I've been seeing Dr. Swanson, the pain has subsided a great deal and I can function again. I love going to the gym now and don't have to deal with excruciating pain during everyday activities. I am so glad I found Dr. Swanson when I did and I will continue to see her on a regular basis. I have realized that Chiropractic care is important not only for spine and back but for your overall wellness!

        Great chiropractor!

        Before seeing Dr. Swanson my back and neck were in bad shape. I had to stop doing many activities I enjoyed, such as yoga and running because of the pain. Sometimes even reading a book hurt, because my neck was uncomfortable in the down position. Under Dr. Swanson's care I am happy to say that I am living virtually pain free again.
