Rupunzels Hair Studio

Katie is fantastic. Extremely nice and does a great job. My problem is, every time that I call, they are very rude and sound annoyed or irritated and they always cut me off and won't let me finish talking. I didn't even get a chance to request a particular stylist or tell them what I wanted done because I kept getting a "hold on" or just kept getting cut off.

This is the first time i've been to a salon that actually took the time to listen to what i wanted and then delivered! I was referred to Angie(the owner) by a friend....she makes you feel at home right when you walk in. She had so many tips and tricks to tell me about my fine hair that nobody has ever bothered to tell me. No need to go anywhere else!

I've been to rupunzels about 6 times and had two bad experiences, the last one yesterday. When I called I asked for a specific stylist for my appointment (the owner) and the first time she was off the day of my appointment, so a different girl did my hair. the second appointment with her she pawned me off on a new girl who seemed fresh out of beauty school (nothing wrong with that, but that was not who the appointment was with). I will not go back. Why ask for an appointment with a stylist if your going to get whoever is available.

These girls don't just cut hair; they are truly artists'! The shop is very clean and relaxing. The Stylists are very professional and friendly. It’s a great experience and very affordable.
