was told they had a used recliner good shape they brought it told them I had a problem using it. they said would get me a new one but have to pay full price . I told them no problem a broken chair is no good to me. so I was told it was ordered. they never called me. I called them a week later they said that they thought it was in and would talk to the manager that was on Thursday well today is Monday the manager called and wanted money I told them the new chair was not here yet and he said what new chair he didn't know the other was broke that I should have said some thing. bull crap he knew but wanted to get money for a broke chair. well he said coming after it said go ahead. this is know way to run a shop.
