Thousand Hills Golf Resort

I would NOT recommend this company for dormers. I contracted them in September, 18, 2004 to add a 20 x 40 dormer, I have had nothing but problems since then. I ordered 10 double hung windows. I received a variety of 1 bathroom double hung 3 sliders and the rest cranking windows. They broke my existing sky light window and replaced with a smaller one in its place, where I have an aproximately 1/4" opening around the perimiter of the sky light, in order to cover that void molding was installed. Now everytime it rains we have a slow leak, we have informed them several times that they stopped taking our calls. They destroyed my new driveway which they promised to fix if any damage occured during construction, which they ensured me that nothing would happen to my driveway. I have written to Better Business 2 times in 2007 and 2008 their response is that they are not responding and are currently out of business. My opinion this company is unrealiable and fraudelent because they breached our contract.

Till date my roof still leaks, I had it repaired but its the sky light thats causing the problem. My driveway is still damaged and the windows are still there different from the original house. I also had to get and experditer to go to court and get me my electric C.O. permit because Fine Finish did not. There lies should become a reality, THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.
