Mental Health Recovery Services of Warren & Clinton Counties, the local health board that plans, funds, monitors and evaluates services and programs for residents with serious mental and emotional disorders. The board provides online information on behavioral health issues. It also conducts research work on community needs for mental health, alcohol and drug addiction services. In addition, the board has affiliations with nonprofit agencies and other organizations. Mental Health Recovery Services of Warren & Clinton Counties is a member of the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities and chambers of commerce.
