BUYER BEWARE!!!
I took my car here to have my Buick serviced and was able to get my Buick in pretty quick. When I dropped it off, I dealt with the assistant manager (Jolene) for roughly 2 minutes. She didnt give any prices or information and acted like she didnt want me there.

The next day, I called to get a status from the assistant manager (Jolene) and she tells me that they already did the work and it was $113.00. I asked her what they did and she told me that there is a $70 diagnostic (Scam) fee and an additional $40 for 2 connectors on a wire that goes to the temp sensor.
I explained to her that I would have liked to have had a phone call to know the costs first and authorize the work. I also didnt see why it should cost over $40 just to install 2 wire connectors which only takes less then 5 minutes. I asked her what they did for the diagnostic and she she said "They went through the wiring"... The whole 6 inches of the wiring??? I then told her I already changed the connectors 3 times and it did not fix the issue.
Jolene then started to threaten to take the connectors off and started to get belligerent and rude. I told her that all I wanted was a phone call first and to be told that there was a $70 diagnostic fee (WHICH IS A SCAM). They never did a diagnostic because I am still having the issue!
Now I am out the $70 diagnostic that never happened, my time, and the redicleous fee they charged me for the wire connectors. They probably spent 30 minutes on my car.
The only thing they did fix was the tire which needed a new stem for another $24. I got nickel and dimed and scammed here.
I wanted to warn the public that this place is not the 4 stars you see. Its a 0 stars for their bad customer service, hook and bait tactics, and bad auto service.
Its too bad that one office manager and one bad technician has to ruin a business name.
I would not recommend you use these guys to spend your hard earned money here. They are crooks and liars.

You guys ROCK! I confess that I called another shop prior to you however I was told it might be DAYS until they could even give me a quote for the work!!

Your very reasonable price, doing exactly what I needed done, and doing all of that in ONE DAY exceeded my expectations!

IT'S a bonus to have such a great repair shop in Mason.
