Mascoutah Animal Hospital

We have been taking our cat and dog here for several years. We love Dr. Fuller. We have an allergic dog. She has always been very patient with us and explains everything in detail. She has been a great help to us. I would recommend her to anyone I know with animals! Thanks Dr. Jen for all you have and will do for our pets!

I have only really had experience with Dr. Jen Fuller. She is wonderful. Very caring towards our dog and knows how to treat him. We have always had great service when taking him to the clinic. I would recommend Dr. Jen to anyone!

I took my 10 year old dog to this clinic because he was not eating and not at all acting right at all. I got to my appointment 5 minutes before hand, they immediately put me in a room and had me wait 30 minutes, no one came into let me know they would be with me or anything. Everyone that worked there was in the room next door chatting away with another customer. The vet finally came in with 5 minutes leftmost my appointment. She came and completely acted bothered by the fact that I was even there. She bent down looked at my dogs face got up asked what was wrong,while I got out only 1/2 of what I wanted to tell her she told me that he is fine and stressed,give it a few days and if he is not well bring him back. My appointment was that 5 minutes I had left, not a minute longer and while I was still talking to the vet a tech was running around in the back shutting off light and equipment while yelling to everyone as to what they need to shut off. They were very rude did not help my dog, I ended up taking him somewhere else, after paying 65.00 for nothing. They defiantly play favorites among their clients and they are quick to judge you on how you treat your pets. I would not recommend this place to anyone that loves their animals because they will not take care of them especially if you are the last appointment of the day, they care more about getting out of there then your pet.

BEWARE! Took my three pound chihuahua there - they were to terminate the pregnancy and spay her because having puppies was a danger to her health. They said they removed two 'almost full term puppies' and did a complete hysterectomy. TWO DAYS later she gave birth to a stillborn puppy. Now I know why she cried and panted for two days after the surgery even though she was on painkillers. They could have killed my dog! Very neglectful and dirty place. Refused to refund even though we showed them the dead puppy they missed. If you care about your dog go somewhere else.

I have been taking my pets to Mascoutah Animal Hospital since 1994. The service was wonderful until Dr Pettinger sold the business to 2 women Beth Racz-Burton and Jennifer Fuller who claim to have your pet best interest, I am here to tell you they DO NOT! My 13 year old dog has been failing in health, I called the Mascoutah Animal Hospital and was reassured by the receptionist approx 2 weeks ago that the euthanasia of my beloved pet would occur in our home. Today 3/25 my husband took Molly to have her nails trimmed and at that time was told that we "lived too far" and the so called vets would not travel that distance to euthanasia our pet. We live approx. 15 miles from the clinic. Guess it well and fine to travel the distance to bring our pets to their clinic for 17 years and pay in excess of thousands of dollars for services rendered but God forbid that we inconvience them for an hour of their time and we were willing to generously pay them for their time. Please if you want your pet loved like you love them Mascoutah Animal Hospital is not your Vet! Laura Ives
