Provided by SuperpagesWell, here are the facts. My husband and I maybe go out to breakfast once every two months. I was checking online for something different and saw some good reviews about this place. Supposed to be the best around in Marysville. Well, not so much. We were seated quickely ,got our coffee, it was ok. We ordered breakfast, it came maybe within 10-15 min, pretty avereage. you would think it would have been hot, but no , it was cold. everything cold. whipped butter was not even melting on my french toast. but i ate some anyway and it tasted fine. i had to flag dwon the waitress to ask her to just pop it in the microwave for 40 secs or so. she took the plate, brought it back, still not hot. ?? Any way, i just continued to eat. so about half way through, my husband from across the table, noticed a hair next to my sausage patty. So, that ruined my appetite. we wer done at the point. So i went to the regeister to pay, the young girl behind asks how our breakfast was? I responded

Provided by SuperpagesStopped for pie after exhausting shopping at the outlet malls. Boy is their pie delicious! We saw their banner for a New York Steak and Prawns special for only $12.99, my husband had that and said the steak was cooked perfectly! I had a hot turkey sandwich which was very good. We will be returning soon!

Provided by SuperpagesOh man the Village is such a great place to eat. I'm 15 years old, and my family and I eat here very often, especially on Sundays for the brunch buffet. Every week we come back, and it's just super awesome. I'm a huge fan of their pot roast, although it was disappointing to see it go off the menu recently and instead turned into a special. No harm done though, for their sandwiches are most definitely my second favorite. And their pies? Exceptional. I love this place, and every week I look forward to visiting them again. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Provided by SuperpagesIs under new ownership - the new pizza and past menu is great - homemade pizzas with fresh ingredients. They still have the regular menu with good country style food.

Provided by SuperpagesThis was for many years THE place to go for good old fashion home cooking. When our relatives would come into town, we would take them here for the quality and the great service. No longer. The last time we were there, everything was way overpriced and the food wasn't even mediocre. It was downright terrible. We are so sad that we lost The Village. I'm not sure what they can do to bring it back.
