We offer high quality hair, nail, skin, and massage services in a salon with an upscale look and friendly atmosphere. We are located in the Mill Valley Plaza on State Route 31 just North of the US 33/31 interchange. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards in customer service and quality. Master Stylist Gwen comes to us from a salon/spa in Cincinnati, and we are glad to welcome her talents to our team. Her calming personality can make even the most frazzled person feel at ease. Gwen has worked in the hair industry for two plus years and is highly skilled at color applications! Kylee J. Designer Stylist Kylee has the talented hands of an artist to get your hair into shape! Designer Stylist Stacey Marie is an Oklahoma transplant that has a sharp eye for detail and a calm demeanor which will please even the most discerning client. Stacey Marie has the experience and knowledge to make your next visit to Studio 31 Salons a memorable one! Kelly G. Designer Stylist Kelly has come to Studio 31 Salons fresh from the Academy!         My first visit was good, I had...

        My first visit was good, I had a cut, color, and style totalling $160 including a tip and a styling product. I was pretty happy with the color, the style was great and I was made to feel very special by the staff, Stacie Marie was my stylist. My issue was with my return visit, supposedly a cut and color once again. When I said I was happy with the color, I was given a "touch up" which amounted to very little color and none on the area that needed it most, the roots. I did not notice until I returned home that my $11t5 dollar "touch up" did not touch up anything, it looked exactly the same, aside from a little shorter. I was and am very disappointed and am not one to complain, but I will not be going back. With prices like these, when you go in for a color you should not have new growth that is an inch long when you leave.

        esthetician services not up to par

        Tricia seems like a nice person, but the quality of her service does not match the pricing charged in this salon. She takes short cuts and doesn't pull the skin taut prior to removing wax and hair making it painful and pulling skin off. Also she does not do a good job of checking for and removing excess wax. I will not return to this salon because the owner was defensive when questioned about over charging and is not customer service oriented.
