Horrible is the word for this company. I wanted to replace my double doors. Both doors had custom made screen doors for them, which measured 64x80. When the guy came to measure my doors, he measured 64x80. However, what I got were doors that measured 60x80. Needless to say, my screen doors didn't fit. They had to "adjust" them. Before they fit perfectly. Now there are gaps around the screen. They dont lock anymore. And because the door jam was not wide enough, they had to screw them into the caulking. I dont know how many times I specified that I wanted my screen doors to fit. That was the whole point of getting "custom" doors. I even told them they wouldnt fit before they were installed. To top it off, It took them 3 days, and their installer was so rude. He refused to answer any of my questions, saying, " I don't have to talk to you", as he held his hand up in front of his face. This company is bad. They dont deserve the one star.
