Please I request to not go here. They are just a rip off. I took my vehicle which had a short and the dash board light and the tail lights were not working. I also had a flickering oil light. Instead of fixing the reported issues, they said my engine is bad and it might die soon and you may need a new engine. Also to find the short, looks like they put a technician who was not qualified for it who took 12 hours to diagnose. They were planning to charge me over a 1000 dollars and after much negotiation, I was able to bring down to $350. Just yo find the short I ended up paying 350 dollars and they did not fix my flickering oil light. I am just repenting now why did I ever take my vehicle to this place. I would warn everyone to think twice before taking your vehicle to this place. I am very dissatisfied.
I've been servicing my car here since I've purchased it. I've spent over $6,000 in maintance on my vehicle. In June I had my air conditioner service and this May its blowing hot air. The representative that answers the phone is unprofessional and has a bad attitude. I asked about getting my air conditioner recharged and she wants to charge me the same price I paid in June. One would think after being a loyal customer she would have said bring the car in and we'll see what the problem is considering I paid $150 in June for this problem. I have accepted her attitude for far too long and have considered to take me business and money somewhere else. I feel she has a personal problem with me because I'm a young African American women that can afford to maintain my Mercedes Benz. She speaks in a condescending way and it's unacceptable. I would love to speak to the owner; but knowing this is a family owned business I'm curious about how far that will get me.
I brought my vehicle here to be worked on they told me it would take about a week to do but after a week went by and my car was still sitting in the same spot that the tow truck driver put it in at least they could of told me it was gonna be over a week before they could even start in it had I known that I would of gone elsewhere. Guess they didn't want to loose business be honest
Bob's did a great job of rebuilding a transmission for me on my Chevy truck. When they had it all apart they found that I had some needed repair on my transfer case which they repaired for minimal cost. I found everyone there very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for any work on any vehicle.
My whole family goes to Bobs. Two wonderful examples of why you should use Bobs! My brakes were squeaking and grinding and I took it to a competitor and they told me I needed new pads drums, rotors the whole deal! Took it to Bobs and they fixed the real problem which was just my rotors. Also I had my engine REBUILT and it was the easiest and most pleasant experience that someone could expect. They towed, fixed it, and kept me informed. GREAT COMPANY and Greg is the man! GO BOBS
