Walmart Neighborhood Market

I went christmas shopping 2 days ago and purchased $217 in merchandise. I had to park at the back of the store so I checked out at the garden center. The cashier, and older gentleman had to bag my purchases and hand them over the counter to me because of the size of the counter. He was not paying attention and was talking to two friends of his while he was checking me out. When I got home that night and was wrapping the gifts I bought I realized I was missing several items. I checked my receipt and the items were on my receipt so I obviously paid for them. When I called the store they said they the items had not been given to the service desk by the cashier and they would have to look at the security tape and get back with me. They did not get back to me and when I called them the day after everyone at the service desk kept saying that it wasn't them I talked to and put me on hold and then disconnect me. I don't think walmart should cheat and older disabled woman on a fixed income like me. I do not have the money to replace the items they kept. I guess they don't care. I will not shop at Walmart again and I will be sure everyone I know knows about how they cheat their customers.
