Sam's Gutter Shop

I had gutters installed on June 28th 2010. I was not at home at the time of installation. The gutters look great and with that I am pleased However, a downspout was added, not something I asked for, which drains very close to my septic tank and will cause water to back up to my air conditioning unit.

I spoke to the owner he advised I needed the extra downspout and assured me that someone would be out and the downspout moved. I did pay in full on June 29 with a notation on the check that the downspout needed to be corrected. It "s now the end of July and nothing has been done. I have stopped at the business on several different occasions and keep getting the brush off.

At the time of the gutter installation, my front railing on my porch was broken on one end, where someone would have tried to climb to adjust a gutter?? As well as an clay art mask, that disappeared the day the gutters were installed and no one said a thing, just found one small piece, this mask was part of an signed set of 3.

Did the job get done? Yes job was done in a timely manner. Were these people professional, not from my point of view.

I am making arrangements for another company to come out and move the downspout.

All in all would I use these people again, no way.
