Renters beware. Very bad management. Manager does not uniformly enforce rules. Manager discloses personal information about renters (credit, criminal record, substance abuse, rent history etc.) Very unprofessional. Manager does not keep office hours, too busy to deal with maintenance and other issues. There is gang activity, drug dealing and even a murder (shooting) that was not disclosed until after I signed a lease. Manager will try to keep your deposit and tack on all kinds of fees that she pockets. There are nicer townhomes less than a mile down the road. Look elsewhere.
