Walmart

Their prices are wonderful, and the pharmacy staff can't be beat, however the customer service for the rest of the store is absolutely HORRIBLE! Seriously it's got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can never find anyone, and if you do they never know anything, and good luck if you are calling the store, they either don't pick up, or they put you on hold, and forget about you, or it takes five different people just to get a simple answer.

I have shopped at Walmarts all over the country and this one has to be the worst of all. The store is like shopping in a bargain basement. And please don't try to get them on the phone - either they won't answer at all or they will pick up and then immediately hang up! All the other stores I have been in are upscale, clean and organized - this store is like shopping in a low rent district - it's depressing!

I have been shopping at this store since they had opened. This store is always clean. I usually have no difficulty finding things. The employees are always willing to help you. This store is a far cry better than the San Pablo store. It may not be the biggest store but I have never had a problem. Not long ago I was shopping for tents, they had some on sale, but they werent on the floor. The employee who was trying to find them in the back, gave me the price, item number and the number to call the Richmond store. She continued to try to locate the tents that were supposedly burried under several pallets. She acually found me still shopping and informed me that she had the tents. That my friends is customer service. Money cant buy that kind of service. Thank you sporting good department.



As for the Pharmacy... Great pricing. I have to buy prescriptions all the time. I have always went to Longs. However I have found that Wal-Mart prices are rediculously lower than anywhere else. I spend on the average of about $4.00 per prescription, instead of the usual $20.00 - $30.00.
