Texas State Optical Marshall

My wife, our there children still at home and I all are patients of this office. While there is a wait on occasion (it should be expected considering the minuscule number of actual optical physicians in Marshall, but it is still not a regularity) the service is professional and the selection of in house frames is very well done, yet not overwhelming. I highly recommend this facility, take an appointment if you can get one, well worth the wait.

Not everyone will be happy with this establishment, but you have to remember, there are those who will find cause to complain about a free lunch...and those I have seen complain where usually there for just that, freebies, and those folks are usually not very gracious and expect to be pandered to...so visit, and judge for yourself!

This office doesn't care about your time or customer service. The office in Marshall is extremely unprofessional. Doesn't communicate to patients when it will be over an hour wait to see a doctor with a scheduled appointment weeks in advance. I waited an hour and the doctor never came in and was still with another patient. They simply said sorry when I asked and then I said I wanted to reschedule. They said it would be few more weeks and didn't even try to accommodate another visit. I called back and spoke to office manager and got the same response sorry and no sympathy or accommodation to reschedule. They obviously don't need customers or business and definitely don't consider the customer's time valuable.
