This groomer is extremely rude and does not verify the service to be performed. Instead of verifying the customer's name they go by the sound of the last name and then end up performing the wrong service. When a mistake is made instead of trying to rectify it they make excuses and blame the customer. I called the next day to settle the problem and the owner hung up on me.
