        I went into the store because I had a piece of metal lodged into my charger port due to a cheap charger I purchased. The Verizon representative, Ryan, not only fixed my phone but recommended the proper charger for my phone! I was extremely relieved because I thought I was gonna have to purchase a new phone on my tight budget! So thanks for going up and above your customer service! You are very much appreciated!
