Solar Nails

I have been a customer of Solar Nails for over 6 years and it surprises me to see people negative experiences. I have one particular lady that I just love to do my nails. Her name is Ann and she is absolutely the BEST! The location is nice and clean with all updated equipment. The owner is a very welcome gentlemen and has also done my nails well . I have been to other nails shops prior too coming here and they can't touch this shop.....Thx for great service, a pleasant environment and excellent professionalism .

I never realized how many people have such an awful experience here. this is the only salon i trust with my nails. If you are going to get your nails done here, I would advise you to call ahead and make sure Cecilia is working. If she is, go to the salon and personally request her and tell her a friend told you about her. she is the only person that i trust to do a thorough, well done job with my nails and toes. she has done my nails since the first time i've ever gotten my nails done as an 11 year old child. I have been seeing her for 7 years now and she never disappoints!

Just left there after getting a Deluxe Pedicure and Manicure. Let me say the experience was less than satisfactory. The young lady never introduced herself so honestly I could not tell you her name. The deluxe pedicure was very rough and the technician would not have known because she talked with the other technicians the entire time. All of the technicians except one talked to each other. Not one spoke to the customers at all except the one young lady. The Manicure was horrible. First I had gel on my nails already. They did not take the gel off properly using the foil and soaking off. She proceeds to scrape the gel off and I questioned her in the beginning about soaking and she never responded upon being asked. The process she used adds extra stress on the nails, makes them break and causes them to be brittle. She then files the nails down, uneven might I add, and then lotions my hands with the debris from filing still on them (very nasty). I will not even review the gel polish portion because you think that would be a no brainer right well I guess not because I had to correct the technician on polishing. If I had to rate this business on a scale of 0-10 with 10 being excellent...I would give them a 1. When you spend $70 dollars you expect a great job not a halfway done job. Total waste of time and money!!!!!!
