        I love this store! They are always helpful and try to make the best decision. I'm not tech savvy, so the help in explaining the differences in products is great.

        Wandered around store in computer/printer area for approximately 20-25 minutes. Couldn't get anyone to wait on us. The young man in the department was helping an elderly gentleman who tried to help us out, by asking the young man if he needed to help us, but the young man replied that we could wait. Nice, I'll never step foot in the store again. I guess someone else will receive our business and money for a new apple laptop and printer.

        Provided outstanding service to me for my monitor I thought wasn't working (i made wrong connections). I shop there a lot. No sales pressure. All personnel I have had contact with at Marquette Best Buy have been wonderful. And the products have been great. Donna Y.

        This store the employees flat out lie to you to sell there products. low quality products. they also have no customer service after the sale. I also called to complain about service on a cell phone I bought from the store and the manager of the store Steve blew me off. I then called the best buy headquarters to complain and they also blew me off and would not make things right.



        NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY.
