Cta Marlborough Senior Center

I called several times and tried to get information about the new senior center in Marlborough MA via email.

Despite they telling me that they will reply, I never got any email back. Then, I went to the center, and as they didn't have the schedule for May, I left my email again to get the forms but no answer.

Again I decided to go in person to get the information and the registration form.

Today I took my mother to her first class. When we entered the class, to our surprise, an unfriendly ESL instructor informed us that he doesn't have space for any other student and that we just had to leave.



It is difficult to explain the inconvenience that all this disorganization is causing to me – a mother of three kids, trying to balance work and caring for my senior mother) :(



The building is nice and the people at the front door are very courteous, no complains there. But nobody offered a refund after I told then we wouldn't come back to any class :(

I also wish they would get a better organization and updated information ONLINE to avoid disappointing others as much as I am.
