I was unfortunate today for my granddaughter to have been seen by Dr. Henley. She had something up her nose. First we were there for more than 2 hours. There was only one other patient in the waiting room. Dr. henly said all that was in her nose was mucus and it is a piece of hard insulation. Yes it is the same color but we know it is there. She said she would call in a perscription for us and the swelling would go down. We waited at the pharmacy but they didn't call. I called the office bake and when the pharmacy finally called it was an over the counter drug with no instructions for a 2 year old. I have always been able to count on this office for my children and grandchildren. This was the worst visit in and Dr. I have ever had. The cover she has on her stethoscope is also very unsanitary. There are too many germs that can be transfered. It may be cute but I am not there for cuteness. What happened to professionalism??? Thank you, Wendy Wingo.

The phone stays busy all the time. What do they think they are doing? They need to get a 2nd line or get the employees to stop yakking on the phones. Patients need to be first priority.
