My first experience with this groomer was when I took my neighbor lady's little dog there. She had the appt set up, I just took her. Everyone was very friendly, smiles & just plain nice! The groomer who took care of my neighbors dog was Tyler. When I went back to pick her up, i was simply over whelmed! It didn't look like the same dog! He did such a "great" job i had to give him a hug! I've seen this lil dog for yrs beings her owner is an elderly neighbor but have "never" seen her look that good!! He was so kind & his grooming skills were just awesome! This lil dog was way beyond needing a groom job & Tyler went beyond the best job ever! I just want to say, I'm impressed with this grooming co.! Thanks Tyler for your kindness & treating that lil dog,which is round 11 yrs old & has a bad back with such love & in such a professional manner! I'd highly refer & recomend this groomer any day!! 😊
