Heartland Kids Early Learning Center

Great place. My kids have learnt so much being there. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

I had my 4yr old enrolled here for about 2-3 months because I HAD to hv part time daycare... I still hv nightmares. She entered knowing all of her letters & numbers & writing her name very well & very well mannered... She came out knowing less! & manners were atrocious. There was no structure! Her teachers were friendly but not informative...others were rude! Numerous times they had to "look" for my daughter when I went to get her. She always came home filthy & in a bad mood. Never would I recommend this place to my worst enemy!

My daughter attends the infant room at HLK - I thought I would love her being here but the staff in the room aren't friendly at all. I try and ask questions when I pick her up about how she was during the day and it's like pulling teeth trying to get an answer. I understand they have many kids but if they are that unhappy then maybe they are in the wrong field. I cant help but wonder if they are that rude to me then how rude/unfriendly are they with my daughter. We havent been there but just a month and we are considering finding a different daycare. I want to pick up my daughter in a friendly atmosphere and have my questions regarding my daughter answered. We also had issues with them sending my daughter home in clothes/items that weren't even hers - great way to spread germs and other items - I wasn't a happy camper. For it being a daycare they should know better.

My child and I are very happy with HLK Early Learning Center and would recommend them to any parent looking for daycare! He has learned so much since he's been attending, and is socializing well. He loves his teacher and staff. I miss him during the day, but I know he's well cared for :)
