On time, accurate, thorough, and in-depth information was provided. Easily explained the format, and then the way it was broken down into segments was awesome. We are amazed how fast the inspection was performed, and then put together, meeting literally minutes after the inspection completion.

After getting house 1 inspected, and it was going to cost 5,000 dollars to replace a garage floor. We passed on that house. I was thankful for the inspection. Matter of fact, when we started looking for another house, we looked forward to having Jeff do the inspection on this house. Again, the saving grace of the inspection found an electrical issue that we went back to the sellers and discussed repairing this prior to purchase. They agreed.
