LGE Community Credit Union

Went here because the share branch location is more convenient than my closest CU location.

Found a big, empty room with four video screens, cameras and microphones along one wall.

Waited for teller's face to appear on the video screen, then start trying to conduct business. Part way through, my teller said he would be right back and suddenly I was watching news and weather. Then I heard his voice coming from a monitor two stalls down. He had left me in mid-transaction to start with someone else!

Frustrating and impersonal.

Once my deposit was finally complete, I saw that a hold was place on my deposit.

The disembodied face on the other side was unable to help release the hold.

I contacted my credit union, which made multiple calls asking for information so hold could be lifted but LGE did not respond.

Incredibly frustrating experience.
