Injury Wellness Institute

This place is a joke. The so called "doctor" is a jerk. This whole establishment is shady. It is pretty bad when no pharmacy within a 10 mile radius of this office won't fill this doctor's script. I had several pharmacists say they did not trust him or this joke of a practice. They also told me I needed to find a new doctor immediately. I should have listened to them. I also have spoken to several people in the waiting room that had the same problem trying to fill their scripts. Learn from my mistake and don't go here. There are plenty of legitimate doctors that care and will listen to you. Also their entire staff is horrible and could care less. All they want is your money. BE LEARY of this place.
