        Here at Icestrong Mobile Mechanic we pride ourselves on being different from the rest. We are a smaller operation so we are able to keep our overhead lower, which translates to better costs to our customers. We pride ourselves on our quality of service not only to the customer but to your vehicle as well. The most important piece of all is that we are mobile. Why pay a tow guy $50+ dollars just to get a tow to a shop to find out you need a new 2 dollar spark plug or just have a dirty air filter. I come to you, whether your stuck in your driveway, on the side of the road, or just heard a weird noise going to the grocery store, I can help. I can come out, inspect the vehicle, let you know if its a simple fix of something as simple as a loose wire. You may not need to pay for a big repair, but if that is necessary I can handle that for you as well. If it's too big of an issue, I am partnered with the top auto centers in the area to help you make a great choice as far as options go.

        Called him just before 5:00 p.m. and he said he would come out, $30 travel cost, $20 assessment fee. However, he did not show up. Texted and him several time over the next two and half hours. He never returned neither by text or phone. I called him at 7:25 p.m. and left another message on his answering machine, this time canceling his service call. One minute after I left the voice mail, he texted. Poor way to do business. I would not recommend this person.

        Icestrong was prompt, fast, reasonable, and very knowledgable. He repaired my shifter cable while I waited and it works great now! I highly recommend him to anyone who doesn't want the added expense of tow trucks and sheisty mechanics who only exist to gouge your pockets. You rock man!
