Even after I had already bought the Jeep Liberty, Mike went out of his way to make sure I got the extra key. He contacted the auction house and they had the extra key, so they sent it to him. Mike then mailed the key to me. I purchased this vehicle for my daughter and she is very happy with her Jeep. Thanks to Mike and Jeff for a car buying experience better than I've had with the large, big-name dealerships. And one more thing.. I almost forgot. This transaction happened late on a Sunday close to closing time, and because I rarely buy vehicles, I wasn't quite prepared for the transaction. I thought I could just put the purchase on my card.... well anyway, my daughter was able to wire transfer her portion for payment for the jeep and Mike said we could just take the jeep then return later that day with a personal check. The transaction was wrapped up at 6pm on a Sunday.

We had a great experience with Ray of Memar Auto Sales. We drove down from Knoxville to purchase a 2005 Lexus GX470 with 123,000 miles. Due to the age it was important that the vehicle condition was represented accurately. Ray was great through the process and the vehicle was in the excellent condition we expected. It is a local 2 owner car that was services and traded in at the local Lexus dealership. It was not a salt and snow car they went to purchase up North at auction like ALM. He called the next day to see how the drive home was and to confirm we would have our title next week. The deal was great and service was great as well!

DO NOT BUY HERE! They employ deceptive practices. I called them and told them I was coming to look at an 06 Mustang. When I arrived he let me take it for a test drive and it did not have any check engine light at the time and the AC was blowing cold. After I purchased the car, the check engine light came on within 30 miles of driving it and the next day the AC was also blowing hot. After taking it to get it fixed, I`m told the car needs an engine at the tune of 6,000 in labor and engine and the AC system needs repairs due to a bad leak. He purposely cleared the codes before I came (the battery cables were still off when i arrived) and filled it with freon before I got there to make it appear the AC worked.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT buy a car from these people. We bought a 2005 Lincoln Aviator from Charles and Al and have had nothing but issues with the vehicle. The first item to go out was the transmission the second day we owned it. I called Al who had the car looked at and quoted us $2200.00 to have it replaced. The car was gone for two weeks before it was returned to us. We paid $1100 of the $2200 out of our pocket. I called several times to get status updates and Al could not tell anything. I finally got the name of the mechanic out of him. He would not give me the phone number. I had to google the garage name to get the phone number. I called the garage in Acworth and no answer. I went to garage where my car was supposedly being repaired. There was no sign of my car. I called Al and come to find out it was in their facility and not at the repair garage. Once we received the car back the gear shift lever would not hold car in the specified gear. Al said this was not their fault even though his mechanic installed an overhauled transmission. Took the car to Lincoln and this was a $600 repair. Once the transmission was fixed I asked for a warranty receipt as well as the receipt for the new overhauled transmission since Al said it had a one year warranty. I to date have never received either receipt.



The other issue with the vehicle include:

1. Rear LED brake light went out 3 months after we bought the vehicle. The screws holding it up actually fell out.

2. The rear seating air conditioning/Heating has NEVER worked.

3. Drivers side seat Heting/Cooling does not work. Passengers work great.

4. Rear windsheild wiper is out of alignment. The pin on it is actually stripped.



BUYER BEWARE, I would not buy another car from Al or Charles. When we wanted to return the vehicle two days later when we discovered the transmission issue they stood behind Georgia's used vehicle law saying once you drive off the lot it yours.
