Worst car dealership! They are thieves Greg is the worst lier! Bought a car and w week later there were three things wrong with it! Do not give them your business they are liers and thieves go somewhere else unless you want to throw your money away! They cannot be trusted !

I always tell my friends to check out cars thoroughly before ever buying from a used car lot. My first friend found this dealership when he was driving down 41 and spotted a car he wanted. He made the purchase within several hours and was so happy that he recommended Brandt to another friend. Friend #2 had the same nice treatment and bought a car as well. These people are as nice as can be until they get you into their lemon cars. Both friends, yes both, had car problems within a month of purchase.



Friend #1, who was so pleased at first, ended up paying thousands for all sorts of major mechanical failures. Friend #2's vehicle died while in the middle of traffic on the highway after having the car 3.5 weeks.



Both have made several attempts to contact the owner of the business, but he refuses to respond and is conveniently unavailable when they go in to see him.



People, even though there isn't a lemon law in the state of Georgia, there is a Fair Business Act Law, and if this company is telling you the car runs great when it doesn't, then they are violating the Fair Business Act.



Know your rights, and don't even consider this place when you are looking for a new car. They do not make sure the cars are in good shape before selling them. They buy cars from an auction the park them on their lot AS IS without a second thought to fixing repairs.

Car was sold to me with warped rotors, and poorly rated cinese tires. Mr. Brandt is very arrogant. Door was defective as well as back seat. Would definately not go back.

We've been searching and waiting for the right vehicle for at least a year. Saw a van we liked @ Brandt. The lowest price on the web with all the features we wanted. We had outside financing that fell thru at the last moment because the van had 11000 miles more than our bank allowed for the terms we wanted. One quick phone call and these guys made it happen for us at the last minute! A BIG THANK YOU TO RICHARD AND MARK! A huge headache that ended positively. I couldn't believe how easy they made our car buying experience!

Within 5 days of making my purchase at Brandt Auto Brokers, I knew I had made a mistake. The "check engine" light came on when I had driven the car less than 200 miles, and the follow-up revealed the car had numerous problems, including a leaking motor mount and warped brakes. When I reported the problems to the dealership, they disavowed any responsibility, blaming instead the Audi dealership and the rain for the car's problems. Further, upon receiving a follow-up phone call on my complaint, the owner of Brandt LITERALLY LAUGHED at my problems and told me "I have no intention of helping you, but even if I DID, you wouldn't be satisfied." I would not recommend Brandt Auto to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
