1st class carwash

I've been coming here for years and the service is awesome. Always pay for the first class and my car turns out excellent. Sometimes they get slammed with a rush of cars and it may take longer than normal but overall I give this Carwash five stars. They have a great detailing service as well.

I have been coming here few years now. First few times I go, the service has always been a great one. Usually tip the men who wipes down the car anywhere from $5-$7. It has always been the same guys who does the detailing after wash. I went back to get serviced and usually it's the Hispanic twins who detailed my car and they usually remember me. It seems like the last I came in the wipe down is not as thorough as it has been. Dirt was still on the car when I came home after the wash. I went back two weeks later, same guy who does detailing.. Again it seems like he rushes through his job again. I am not the complaining time, I'd rather not go back and find elsewhere. I've noticed even though its a "touch less" wash(no hand wash) the paint on my car had gotten worse everytime I take my cars in. More and more scratch. After my experiences here, I'd think twice about bringing any cars. Because of bad detailing(seems like they rush to get more cars=more tips).. I think I detail much better on my own then letting the guys do it there. Not again!

I've taken my car here for a number of years - they always do a great job. I had my car fully detailed today; the price was a bit steep but the results are fantastic. I recommend 1st Class!

Average service, unfortunately attendant stole my gas card. When I spoke with the owner she immediately said with out thinking about it or asking staff that "they did not take it and that there is no theft at their facility". Bottom line even if Cobb County Police vehicles run their cars through the facility the criminal aspect still is alive and well at the car wash!!!

Ive been taking my cars to this car wash for several years now. The staff is always very friendly and will gladly answer any questions you have. When I take my car in I get a full detail and im always out of there in about 10 minutes. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get their car detailed.

I recently took my brand new 2008 Escalade in for a car wash ( I had only had for 2 weeks). When it came out of the wash there was a gouge out of the front right bumper. I brought this to the attention of the person working on my car. He apologized and said he would try to buff it out. While doing so, I went in the facility to speak with the manager - when I told her what happened she immediately went outside stating, "They are supposed to adjust the tracks based on the size of the car". I was called back about 10 minutes later where she was with the gentleman I had already spoken to - he could not buff out the gouge - it went into the metal. At that time she told me that there was no way the car wash could have done that and there was nothing she was going to do about it. Then she just walked away. I have pursued this with the Atlanta Better Business Bureau.
