I have an MSI GF63 Gaming laptop. It's only been six months and the screen cracked when my daughter (3yr old) placed it on the floor to get on the couch and then landed right on it when she hopped off the couch. I contacted the geeksquad and they told me they'd have to send it out to the manufacturer to get it properly fixed. Told me it might take 4 weeks and the cost was $320. I got online and found Logica with awesome reviews, figured I'd call this mom and pop store.

First off, WOW. The tech on the phone not only confirmed they had the screen in-stock ready to replace, but that it would BE READY SAME DAY. I went on my lunch break to drop the computer off. An hour later I get a phone call telling me my laptop is all set. Total? $160

Literally half the price and ready same day with a year's warranty. Not to mention the treatment I got was on point. I appreciate old school, respect driven customer service. It also felt good to meet the owner and the techs that were working there, I now know what to do the moment some fiasco happens with my PC again.
