Hong Kong Chinese Food

Food really sucked, the rice was awful and even told them I wanted an egg roll instead of rice and I still got it. The Egg rolls were the worst I've ever eaten, frozen are better. I wanted to order the shrimp roll but they were out of them.... the chicken wings greasy and the BarBQue spareribs weren't cooked all the way...they were tough and still pink inside. I'm still trying to get the taste of grease out of my mouth.

Rude customer service not good I ordered from there was given the wrong order asked them to change it they swaped out the rice in the same container with plain fried rice after having pork in the container then the older lady got mad when I asked for a whole new order. They must have been having a bad day because they had my other order wrong and she knew it but the problem is I asked three times about my order to make sure she heard me but of course she just brushed me off. So when the orders were wrong she got made and gave me refund. Apparently she still harbors a grudge because I was there recently and she got angry when I got there and asked about my order to see if it was right. She became hostile started speaking in her native tongue. Bottom line what happened to the customer is always right!

Do not order from here. The food is not bad, but not great. However; the issue that turned my stomach was a incident whereby I ordered one late night and the delivery man literally went postal, he broke my door knob, stepped into my home after I had closed my door requesting me to sign a reciept, and innevitably led to me calling the police. I called the owner and he refuses to pay for my door knob repair.

Save your money the rice tastes like Uncle Ben's rice in a bag, DISGUSTING, the egg roll was horrendous, although the Chinese doughnuts were good I wanted to eat a whole meal. Eat at Golden Jade it is better, I don't know why I wanted to try something new !
