        I payed $150 for a perm,I had ...

        I payed $150 for a perm,I had very long hair and I color so I ask them if it would be safe and would it frie my hair? well 2 days after I got the perm , I first noticed it was not curly and was very tangled,so I went back and talk to the salon. The salon wash my hair and had everyone who worked there on a Sat. afternoon come in to tell me how great my hair turn out. Iam 42 years old and was not born yesterday, they would not refund my money or agree to reperm me. I now have cut 10 inches off my hair, have no curly wet or dry, hair started falling out, have went to other salon for potein treatments and now I can't even color my hair. I would like everyone to know they will tell you whatever you want to hear and not stand behind it at all. I also got charge too high. BEWARE OF SALON IN SMALL TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAR RATING - 10

        Tina, I am so sorry to hear of your experience at my salon. Our policy, always, (within 7 days of service) is to refund your money or redo your perm if you are not satisfied and brought it to our attention. In some cases we have allowed longer than that. If your hair was damaged we most definitely would have used protein to build the strength of the hair back up at no cost to you. I have talked to the stylist who preformed your service and at no time did you ask for a refund or for us to redo the perm. Had this been discussed we would have most definitely refunded your money or redone your perm immediately. Again I am very sorry and give us a call if there is something we can do to make this up to you. Thank you, Carrie
