Patrick's Garbage Disposal

We switched to Patricks about a year or so ago, and I’m happy to support small local businesses!
Usually very reliable. Only a couple times when the pick up was a day or two later. But he works hard to be on time! Always a happy polite person, even has texted us when the can wasn’t out because he knows sometimes the kids forget to take it out!

We have paid for trash removal and it is going on 3 weeks without trash pickup. This is getting out of hand. I have tried to call without a return call. We are not sure if they have gone out of business because know one will answer a phone. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. The only thing I would tell someone is DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

If I could give 0 stars, that would be more like it, but it makes me give at least 1. Our trash has not been picked up for the last 2 weeks once again. Phone calls and voice mail messages have been left unreturned once again. This has become a serious chronic issue. Never once have we even received a courtesy call to say there was an issue. They just don't show up. It's just fend for ourselves and let the trash build up. So we have to either wait it out or take it to the dump ourselves, paying AGAIN for a service that we already paid for once through them. Which we NEVER see a reduction for the lost service on our next bill. We have paid for multiple weeks of service that were never received. And then we have to play a guessing game as to when our trash gets picked up again.
Due to their lack of providing services that have already been paid for, we no longer desire their trash removal service and are seeking immediate replacement. We will NOT be paying the bill for the next quarter and we will NOT be continuing ANY FURTHER service with them, effective immediately.

We requested service from Patrick's in October of 2017. Since then (now May2018) we have had our trash picked on time MAYBE five times. We've gone as long as two weeks with our can sitting at the street and no pick up. Our day is intended to be Thursday but our can sits with no rhyme or reason until I guess they finally get around to it. I understand this is a small business, but we as consumers are paying for a service. If things are going to be late for any reason an attempt at a phone call or email should be made to inform us. Our last bill was the end of april, which I chose not to pay in order to change services. I would like to note however, when they took our trash today (four days late), they took the can as well. Note to customers who do not intend to change services as we had: they WILL take your can with no further communication on your late bill. Again, that bit doesn't phase us as we were leaving anyway but I can see how it would impact others negatively.

10/10 would NOT recommend this company. Spend your money elsewhere!!

I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM SINCE 2008 HE IS A GREAT PERSON AND HAVE BEEN LATE WITH MY PYMT AND THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING MIND YOU MY TRASH HAS BEEN FORGOT A FEW TIMES BUT THEY ALWAYS PICK ALL THE TRASH THAT WAS OUT THERE
