Sunset House Apartments

Maybe we are still seeing through "Rose Coloured Glasses" but as new unit owners in as of May 2009 weI can only say "the place is the tops." It may be one of the older buildings in the area, however, the maintenance, upkeep, etc.doesn't show the age. Not a huge place with hundreds of units,smaller,so nice and friendly, no fighting for a lounge or room in the extra large pool, easy access to the beach, over the top friendly staff. Only item missing in our eyes would be a community storage room where beach chairs, beach buggies or smaller beach toys could be stored. The storage unit above your car parking spot is a bit hard to get such items lifted up into. You have to find room in your unit closet to keep such items since they can't be left on the balconies. Storage in a unit closet can be a bit tight. Other than that, you'd love the place as an owner or renter. We are leaving September 19th for another 5 weeks there. We will spend that amount of time off and on unit June 2010
