        They were wonderful to work with. They made me feel safe even during this sickness and craziness and went above and beyond to get me the perfect cart.

        The Frontenac approach is high-pressure no service and he stole my batteries from my cart while it was in for repair from his previous repair. Complaint has been lodged with the Better Business Bureau regarding the way my husband and I were treated by the Frontenacs after paying for a used cart (new batteries!) with CASH, bringing it back for repair and having those new batteries stolen while it was there.

        Frontenacs called the County Sheriff to prevent us inspecting the cart prior to leaving.
