This is the rudest owner of a RV service we have ever met. You can discuss nothing with him. He knows all and will tell you he's been in business 35 years and knows all.

He is so rude he will not even let you ask him a question. I would recommend you take your RV anywhere in Texas other than here. Let this man remain in his business alone.

Unfortunately the owner does have a bad attitude every day and I know this because I worked there for over a year untill he fired me because I demanded respect. Before me he fired a lot of employees and while I was there he fired 2, another decided to find a better enviroment job and I know of another that a job was offered to him and refused it because he knew how he was. The review posted about the screen door missing repair for 3 times faucets being switched and more, it was me who worked on that trailer and I was working on 2 or more trailers at the same time .Sometimes the owner would not let me finish one trailer and put me to work on another one. Then he griped most of the time about the shop not being clean , tools missplaced and wanted me to remember everything and at the same time train new employees because they didnt last . Sometimes I would find out from helping a costumer hook their trailer that he would blame me for not doing a job right, not finishing a job or forgot about something when I was not even notified or he was the one taking me away from finishing jobs or sometimes his mistakes. If I had a mistake I would let the costumer know and would tell Doug (owner) in person so the problem could be fixed and return each trailer to its owner rapidly. The main reason he doesnt care about costumers is because he knows he is the only one in the area that has the service and because he is too bussy playing cards in his office and letting his wife deal with most costumers .His wife does alot of work and takes care of him and He still does not respect her so dont expect him to respect you.
