Century 21

This realtor took our listing and then sat back and did nothting. Will not advertise in Seattle papers. Does not post listings in most of the Real Estate magazines. MLS listing is inaccurate. Does not update online advertising when price changes for up to 4-6 weeks. Many of the listings of our home online use a picture of our house that only shows the front window, not the house , and though we have asked to have this changed, it has not happened. They did not have a broker open house until 3 weeks after home was listed. When we insisted on an open house, the REALTOR was late and left early, and never called us with a report of how the Open house went. When we went in to talk to them about cancelling our listing, because the market is so slow, and prices have dropped to the point we can no longer afford to sell our home at its current value and still pay a Realtor, they refused and are forcing us to sit on an overpriced property for 4 more weeks.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CENTURY 21 OFFICE TO ANY BUYER OR SELLER!!! VERY VERY POOR SERVICE, AND NO CONSIDERATION.
